FirebaseDynamicLinks console allowlist URL pattern update is broken

Incident began at 2024-10-08 19:00 and ended at 2024-10-09 15:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue has been mitigated and resolved.

Allowlist DB updates are timing out. Other queries and updates on the same DB are okay. We are looking into the cause of the issue.
