Investigating an issue with Firebase Analytics Dashboard.

	21 Aug 2018	20:32 PDT	The issue with Firebase Analytics Dashboard should have been resolved for all affected projects as of 17:51 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	21 Aug 2018	10:56 PDT	We are investigating an issue with Firebase Analytics Dashboard. We will provide more information soon.
