Incident affecting Cloud Messaging

Some users of the FCM V1 Batch Send API experienced an elevated number of 401 errors (CREDENTIALS_MISSING) being returned. The issue has been mitigated.

Incident began at 2022-10-03 12:00 and ended at 2022-10-07 19:05 (all times are US/Pacific).
