Firebase CLI App Distribution users are experiencing errors while uploading their releases

We've pushed out a fix that resolves the error. If you were experiencing issues with firebase-tools@13.2.0, please try uploading your release again.

Customers can avoid this service disruption by downgrading their Firebase CLI to 13.1.0 . We're still investigating a fix to prevent customers from seeing an error message in the CLI while uploading their release.
