A subset of apps (in particular, newly created apps) are experiencing failed icon and binary downloads. We will provide an update by 8:45 AM PST.

Incident began at 2023-03-09 06:44 and ended at 2023-03-09 07:32 (all times are US/Pacific).

	9 Mar 2023	08:01 PST	We've rolled back the change; icons and binary downloads should now be fixed. Emails sent during the incident time period will still have missing icons.
	9 Mar 2023	07:46 PST	We're investigating & will provide an update by 8:45 AM PST.
