Service disruption for the creation of new App Prototyping workspaces

Incident began at 2025-04-09 11:45 and ended at 2025-04-09 19:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

	9 Apr 2025	19:46 PDT	The issue is resolved and the App Prototyping agent is back to full capacity.
	9 Apr 2025	12:46 PDT	We are investigating a disruption in the ability to create new App Prototyping agent workspaces. Loading existing workspaces or starting a new workspace from a template, importing Git repositories, and other paths are largely unaffected.
