Incident affecting Realtime Database

Issue with Realtime Database: Increased disconnects for websocket clients

Incident began at 2017-07-25 16:30 and ended at 2017-07-28 01:24 (all times are US/Pacific).

We experienced an increased disconnects for websocket clients that started at July 25 16:30 US/Pacific and was resolved at July 28 01:24 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with Realtime Database. We will provide more information as soon as possible.
