Investigating an Issue with Hosting

Incident began at 2019-01-23 18:27 and ended at 2019-01-24 04:15 (all times are US/Pacific).

All affected domains now have new certificates.
24 Jan 2019 03:45 PST

An error in a routine task related to custom domains resulted in a small number of sites having their shared SSL certificate overwritten. We have identified the affected domains and begun provisioning new certificates for them. Affected domains should be back to normal operation by 4:30am Pacific time.

We are investigating an issue with creating new SSL certificates. We will provide more information as soon as possible.
