Incident affecting App Hosting

Firebase App Hosting backend configurations are not being correctly applied

The incident has been resolved and apphosting.yaml will again modify your Run service config in future rollouts.

We have identified the root cause of the issue. We are currently rolling out a fix and expect it to be fully deployed soon.

We are aware of an issue where backend configurations specified in apphosting.yaml, such as run configurations and environment variables, are not being applied to Firebase App Hosting Backends. This may affect the functionality of your web applications deployed on Firebase App Hosting. The team is investigating the issue.
