Incident affecting Authentication

Issue with Firebase Authentication

We are investigating the issue again with Firebase Authentication in verifying account credentials. This may also affect deployments for Hosting and Functions. We will provide another status update by 19:15 US/Pacific with current details.

The issue should have been mainly resolved for affected projects. Any failed deployments should be successful after retrying. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are experiencing an issue with Firebase Authentication in verifying account credentials, beginning Thursday, July 6th 3:35 PM US/Pacific. This may also affect deployments for Hosting and Functions.
