Incident affecting Test Lab

We're aware of a problem with Firebase Test Lab affecting physical device internet access. Virtual devices and tests not requiring internet access are not affected.

Incident began at 2022-03-14 05:00 and ended at 2022-03-14 12:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

	14 Mar 2022	15:04 PDT	The network problem is now mitigated. No root cause was identified, so we are continuing to monitor & investigate this issue.
	14 Mar 2022	07:41 PDT	Some physical Test Lab devices do not have stable internet access. Tests requiring internet may fail with infrastructure errors. Virtual devices are not affected.
