Incident affecting Test Lab

We're aware of a problem with Firebase Test Lab affecting physical device internet access. Virtual devices and tests not requiring internet access are not affected.

The network problem is now mitigated. No root cause was identified, so we are continuing to monitor & investigate this issue.

Some physical Test Lab devices do not have stable internet access. Tests requiring internet may fail with infrastructure errors. Virtual devices are not affected.
