Firebase console usage page experienced load failures.

Incident began at 2020-02-05 18:53 and ended at 2020-02-05 23:29 (all times are US/Pacific).

Description: We are experiencing an intermittent issue with Firebase console.

Symptoms: Usage page on Firebase console are loading slowly and may ended up as a loading failure.

Current impact is limited to Europe regions.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.
