Incident affecting App Distribution

When attempting to upload a release the request will fail approximately 1/3 of the time.

Incident began at 2020-11-17 05:45 and ended at 2020-11-17 11:31 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Firebase App Distribution has been resolved for all affected users as of Tuesday, 2020-11-17 08:29 US/Pacific. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.

Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

The mitigation is expected to complete by Tuesday, 2020-11-17 09:00 US/Pacific if not earlier.

DESCRIPTION

We are experiencing an issue with Firebase App Distribution where attempting to upload a release the request will fail approximately 1/3 of the time. beginning at Tuesday, 2020-11-17 05:45 US/Pacific.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

We will provide an update by Tuesday, 2020-11-17 08:30 US/Pacific with current details.
