Investigating an issue with Firebase Console

Incident began at 2019-01-16 14:45 and ended at 2019-01-16 17:29 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue should have been resolved for all affected users as of 17:29 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
