The cloud-wide Google Cloud Storage issue affecting Firebase Authentication should have been resolved for all affected users as of 18:30 US/Pacific.

We are experiencing an issue with Firebase Authentication in verifying account credentials, beginning Thursday, July 6th 3:35 PM US/Pacific.
