Incident affecting Realtime Database

Issue with Firebase Realtime Database: NSS-105

Incident began at 2016-11-03 17:43 and ended at 2016-11-03 18:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

The emergency deployment has been completed and the issue should be resolved for all affected users as of 06:00 PM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

The emergency deployment to fix the issue with Firebase Realtime Database for NSS-105 is still ongoing. Current data indicates that approximately 5% of users are affected by this issue. We will provide another status update by 6:00 PM US/Pacific with current details.

We are doing an emergency deployment to fix an issue with Firebase Realtime Database for NSS-105 beginning at Thursday, 2016-11-03 05:43 PM US/Pacific.

Current data indicates that approximately 5% of users are affected by this issue.
