Issue with Firebase Hosting

Incident began at 2019-05-16 08:32 and ended at 2019-05-16 11:24 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Firebase Hosting has been resolved for all affected users as of Thursday, 2019-05-16 11:19 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We've received a report of an issue with Firebase Hosting as of Thursday, 2019-05-16 09:32 US/Pacific.

Affected users may experience a 75% failure rate when creating new deployments.
