Incident affecting Realtime Database

We mitigated an issue with Firebase Realtime Database. Customers may have seen an increased level of latency, lower throughput, and increased 504s between 09:00 and 10:35.

Incident began at 2019-04-16 09:00 and ended at 2019-04-16 10:35 (all times are US/Pacific).

	16 Apr 2019	10:46 PDT	The issue with Firebase Realtime Database customers seeing an increased level of latency, lower throughput, and increased 504s between 09:00 and 10:35 has been resolved for all affected users as of 10:35 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	16 Apr 2019	10:43 PDT	We mitigated an issue with Firebase Realtime Database. We will provide more information by Tuesday, 2019-04-16 11:30 US/Pacific.
