Incident affecting Console

Investigating an issue with Firebase Console.

Incident began at 2018-10-24 15:42 and ended at 2018-10-24 17:46 (all times are US/Pacific).

	Date	Time	Description
	25 Oct 2018	09:40 PDT	The issue with the Firebase console which affected downloading config files and a small number of other management endpoints was resolved for all affected users as of 5:46 pm US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	24 Oct 2018	16:13 PDT	We are investigating an issue with Firebase Console. We will provide more information soon.
