Incident affecting Realtime Database

The issue with Firebase Realtime Database has been resolved.

Incident began at 2019-05-31 09:09 and ended at 2019-05-31 09:24 (all times are US/Pacific).

	Date	Time	Description
	31 May 2019	09:40 PDT	The issue with some Firebase Realtime Database users seeing increased API latency and errors has been resolved for all affected projects as of 09:24 US/Pacific. Impact was between 09:09 US/Pacific and 09:24. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
