Unable to re-add recently-deleted custom domain to Firebase Hosting

The problem with re-adding recently deleted custom domains to Firebase Hosting has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

We are experiencing an issue with Firebase Hosting beginning at Thursday 2022-11-10 15:30 US/Pacific. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Monday, 2022-11-14 15:00 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption.

Customer Symptoms: Customer can experience the following error when trying to add their custom domain to Firebase Hosting: "Unable to add domain. It may already be registered to another project."
