Incident affecting Cloud Messaging

Global: Notification campaigns cannot be updated or retrieved for some campaigns

The issue with notification campaigns on Firebase Cloud Messaging has been resolved for all affected projects as of Wednesday, 2021-10-20 15:50 US/Pacific.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.

Summary: Global: Notification campaigns cannot be updated or retrieved for some campaigns

Description: Mitigation work is still underway by our engineering team.

The revised estimate for mitigation is Wednesday, 2021-10-20 16:30 US/Pacific.

We will provide more information by Wednesday, 2021-10-20 16:15 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Customers will be unable to edit and retrieve affected notification campaigns. The configured campaigns and the delivery will continue to work without any issues.

Workaround: None at this time.
