Filters on Firebase Performance Monitoring Console may return no options.

Our fix was rolled out around 22:00 PT. Fireperf console should be fully functional now.

We have restored the filtering functionality, but users might experience some random loading errors of the dashboard page. We are rolling out a fix now.
