Incident affecting Test Lab

A portion of tests on Arm virtual devices are unable to be scheduled to run.

Incident began at 2024-01-29 11:30 and ended at 2024-01-29 12:45 (all times are US/Pacific).

A regression caused a subset of Arm virtual tests submitted between approximately 11:30AM-12:45PM Pacific time to never be scheduled for execution. Less than 0.5% of today's tests were affected. These stuck tests were cancelled to avoid users being charged for tests that may no longer be relevant to them. The FTL team apologizes for this service disruption.

We're investigating an issue with Firebase Test Lab where some tests running on Arm virtual devices are delayed. We will provide more information shortly.
