Incident affecting Realtime Database

Real Time Database users on Jio Android devices in India are unable to connect.

Incident began at 2025-07-31 00:00 and ended at 2025-08-05 13:50 (all times are US/Pacific).

The problem with Realtime Database should be resolved for the vast majority of affected users. We will continue to work towards restoring service for the remaining affected users, but no further updates will be added to this dashboard.

Realtime Database service has already been restored for some impacted users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

We're aware of a problem with Realtime Database affecting Jio Mobile Data customers. Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by end of day detailing when we expect to resolve the problem.
