Global: Installing Firebase extensions with secrets is causing server crashes

25 Oct 2021	13:00 PDT	Summary: Global: Installing Firebase extensions with secrets is causing server crashes Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. The mitigation is expected to complete by Monday, 2021-10-25 13:45 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Monday, 2021-10-25 13:45 US/Pacific. Diagnosis: The issue is limited to installing new extensions that have secrets (ex. elastic, bitly). Already installed and running extensions are unaffected. Workaround: None at this time.
