Incident affecting Performance Monitoring

Firebase Performance is not processing any new events at real-time from the users device.

Incident began at 2022-06-14 12:15 and ended at 2022-06-14 14:51 (all times are US/Pacific).

	14 Jun 2022	14:51 PDT	The issue is mitigated and all the events are getting processed now. Developers should be able to see the performance data on the console in real-time.
	14 Jun 2022	13:47 PDT	Performance console will not show any new events from the incident start time at realtime.
