Firebase RTDB Automated Backups Delays and Increased Capacity

Incident began at 2018-06-24 16:44 and ended at 2018-06-25 11:38 (all times are US/Pacific).

	26 Jun 2018	10:05 PDT	We've experienced delay in the Automated Backups queue this weekend, that may have resulted in some customer's daily backups taking longer than usual, and some customers may have waited a long time (hours) for their manual backups to complete. We've increased the capacity of the backups pipeline to ameliorate this issue and ensure proper bandwidth for processing the backups.

We've experienced delay in the Automated Backups queue this weekend, that may have resulted in some customer's daily backups taking longer than usual, and some customers may have waited a long time (hours) for their manual backups to complete.
