Incident affecting Console

We are investigating an issue with Project and app creation and enabling new APIs on existing projects

We believed that the issue with Firebase Console project and app creation failures, along with failures to enable new APIs had been resolved, but due to additional factors, it is still ongoing and we are re-opening this incident. Our engineers are still working to mitigate the issue. We will provide another status update by Thursday, 2019-07-25 23:00 US/Pacific with current details.
