Incident affecting Realtime Database

We've received a report of an issue with Firebase Realtime Database.

Incident began at 2020-04-08 06:47 and ended at 2020-04-08 07:40 (all times are US/Pacific).

	8 Apr 2020	09:25 PDT	From 06:47AM to 07:40AM, Realtime Database experienced disruptions with admin-authorized traffic including console, admin SDK and functions. The issue has been fully mitigated.
