Investigating an issue with Firebase Cloud Messaging

Incident began at 2018-04-06 17:02 and ended at 2018-04-06 17:21 (all times are US/Pacific).

	6 Apr 2018	17:46 PDT	The disruption to Firebase Cloud Messaging is believed to be resolved for all affected projects within users in Asia, or on messages sent to devices connected there as of 17:21 US/Pacific time. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	6 Apr 2018	17:42 PDT	We are investigating an issue with Firebase Cloud Messaging. We will provide more information by 18:00 US/Pacific.
