Incident began at 2023-08-14 10:05 and ended at 2023-08-14 10:45 (all times are US/Pacific).

	14 Aug 2023	13:02 PDT	The issue has been mitigated as of 10:45am and error rates have subsided.
	14 Aug 2023	13:02 PDT	Content served by Firebase Hosting saw elevated errors from approximately 10:05am to 10:45am. Many of the issues were seen on requests proxying to dynamic backends (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run).
