Incident affecting Console

We've received a report of an issue with Firebase Console.

Incident began at 2019-07-17 08:05 and ended at 2019-07-17 10:02 (all times are US/Pacific).

The Firebase Console service issue affecting users' ability to select the Flame Plan has been resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2019-07-17 09:28 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

The error rates from the Firebase Console option to select the Flame Plan have decreased to 0% as of Wednesday, 2019-07-17 09:28 US/Pacific. We are waiting to confirm the issue does not recur. We will provide another status update by Wednesday, 2019-07-17 10:20 US/Pacific with current details.
