Topic Messaging Subscriptions Failing

Incident began at 2018-10-24 03:46 and ended at 2018-10-24 10:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with FCM Topic Messaging should have been resolved for all affected users as of 10:30 AM US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are still working on addressing the underlying cause of the issue with FCM Topic Messaging.

We are experiencing an issue with FCM Topic Messaging as of 2018-10-24 03:46 US/Pacific. This is currently being investigated and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
