Incident affecting Test Lab

We're experiencing an issue affecting Arm tests of the Firebase Test Lab user base. Tests may fail more often with INCONCLUSIVE results or experience long wait times. We will provide an update when something significant changes.

Incident began at 2023-12-01 20:00 and ended at 2023-12-05 00:02 (all times are US/Pacific).

Mitigations have rolled out, and we currently don't see a service disruption, but we will continue to monitor.

Tests may still fail occasionally with INCONCLUSIVE results, but should not have long wait times as of around 20:30 PST. We've started some mitigations and will continue to monitor.

Tests should no longer be stuck pending, as of ~2 hours ago. Error rates have also improved, but we'll continue to monitor and update the dashboard.

We're investigating a worsening loss of capacity. Tests targeting Arm devices are experiencing longer wait times and may fail. Next update in a few hours or when something significant changes.
