Incident affecting Cloud Messaging

Cloud Messaging Campaign Metrics have incorrect sent count

Incident began at 2024-09-13 13:00 and ended at 2024-10-06 10:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

Campaign metrics data before September 14 and after September 28 is up-to-date now. Our team is actively working to fill in the data between those dates. We anticipate completion of this backfilling process by the end of this week.

We're aware of a problem with Cloud Messaging affecting Campaign Metrics, which is causing some campaigns sent after 2024-09-12 display incorrect sent counts in Campaign Metrics. This issue doesn't affect actual message delivery. We will provide an update by 5 pm PDT detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.
