Uncounted Storage for new Realtime Databases created between 07/10/18 and 09/10/18

Incident began at 2018-09-10 00:00 and ended at 2018-09-10 00:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

New Realtime databases created between 07/10/2018 and 09/10/2018 do not have their storage stats measured or billed. We have resolved the issue for all newly created databases, and are working on a mitigation for namespaces created during that time period.
