Incident affecting Realtime Database

Incident began at 2019-01-09 10:05 and ended at 2019-01-09 10:12 (all times are US/Pacific).

	Date	Time	Description
	9 Jan 2019	10:13 PST	VM is back up and seems to be recovering. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	9 Jan 2019	10:06 PST	We are currently experiencing downtime for NSS-257. This is an ongoing issue and we are investigating.
