Investigating an issue with uploading APNS Auth key(.p8)

Incident began at 2017-10-10 15:00 and ended at 2017-10-10 22:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with upload of APNS Auth key(.p8) should have been resolved for all affected users as of 22:00 PST US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
