Service Disruption for Realtime Database

Incident began at 2019-02-13 07:40 and ended at 2019-02-13 07:45 (all times are US/Pacific).

	13 Feb 2019	08:18 PST	The Realtime Database was unreachable between 7:40AM and 7:45AM US/Pacific due to an issue with underlying networking infrastructure. The issue has been resolved, and all projects should be operating normally. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
