Incident affecting Performance Monitoring

Issue with Performance Monitoring

Incident began at 2017-08-15 12:00 and ended at 2017-08-16 02:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Performance Monitoring should have been resolved for all affected users as of 02:30 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are still investigating the issue with Performance Monitoring caused by failing of data processing pipeline. We will provide another status update by 02:30 US/Pacific with current details.

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with Performance Monitoring caused by failing of data processing pipeline beginning at Tuesday, 2017-08-15 12:00 US/Pacific.

Current data indicates that all users are affected with just 20% of data ingested yesterday and 0% of data ingested today.

For everyone who is affected, we apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. We will provide an update by 22:00 US/Pacific with current details.
