Issue with Firebase Hosting Deploys

Incident began at 2017-07-06 15:35 and ended at 2017-07-06 16:37 (all times are US/Pacific).

	6 Jul 2017	16:41 PDT	The issue should have been mainly resolved for affected projects. A small number of deployments may still fail with an "unexpected error", in which case they should be successful when retried. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	6 Jul 2017	16:24 PDT	We are experiencing an issue with Firebase Authentication in verifying account credentials, beginning Thursday, July 6th 3:35 PM US/Pacific. This is causing a problem where developers cannot successfully call 'firebase deploy' or 'firebase init'. For everyone who is affected, we apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
