Small portion of Cloud Messaging customers are experiencing delays in notification delivery.

Service has been restored for the small number of affected devices. We will continue to monitor service levels.

For the past week we have received a small number of customer reports about delays in Cloud Messaging message delivery. We are currently investigating the issue.
