Incident affecting App Hosting

Builds of Angular apps on App Hosting are failing due to Node.js v22 change.

	24 May 2024	19:50 PDT	We've rolled out an updated builder which we believe should fix the issues building Angular apps. For any further questions, please reach out to Firebase support.
	24 May 2024	19:49 PDT	We're investigating reports of an issue with builds of Angular projects in Firebase App Hosting.This is an issue with App Hosting's current default Node version (22.2.0), which isn't compatible with the Angular CLI (https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/issues/27674). We've identified a fix and are working to deploying it. A temporary workaround is to set the `engines.node` field in package.json to "20".
