[FYI] Issue with creating new Dynamic Link through Firebase Console

Incident began at 2018-07-19 00:00 and ended at 2018-07-20 14:12 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with creating new Dynamic Links through Firebase Console should have been resolved for all affected users as of 14:12 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue in creating a Dynamic Links in Firebase Console which affects recently created *.page.link domains.

As a workaround, you can create a new Dynamic link through REST API, Dynamic Link Builder (iOS and Android) or manually.
