Firebase Phone authentication disruption

Incident began at 2018-10-31 20:00 and ended at 2018-11-01 11:15 (all times are US/Pacific).

	1 Nov 2018	11:30 PDT	The issue with IOS Phone Authentication has been resolved.
	1 Nov 2018	10:49 PDT	We are investigating an issue with Firebase Phone authentication that affects iOS devices. Affected customers may see "invalid token" error during OTP verification. Our engineering team has identified an issue with the backend and is currently rolling back changes to mitigate the issue. We will provide an update by 12:00 US/Pacific.
