Incident affecting Dynamic Links

Firebase Dynamic Links at `*.page.link` are unavailable. Firebase Dynamic Links hosted via Firebase Hosting are returning Internal Error messages.

Incident began at 2022-02-07 14:24 and ended at 2022-02-07 18:24 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue has been mitigated! FDL page.link URLs and Hosting FDL integrations have both been resolved.
